We're currently supporting a South London primary school looking for a SENCo to start ASAP. This hands-on role includes some teaching and the potential to become long-term for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SEND provision
  • Support staff, pupils, and parents
  • Oversee EHCPs, reviews, and interventions
  • Promote inclusive teaching and learning

Requirements:

  • QTS with SEND experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
