About the Role SENCo:

The appointed SENCo will lead and manage SEND provision across the school
Ensure high-quality support and outcomes for students with additional needs
Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies in your role as SENCo
Bring an innovative approach to develop and implement effective SEND strategies
Oversee EHCPs, interventions, and progress tracking as SENCo
Contribute to whole-school leadership as a key member of staff and SENCo
