The Role – SEN / Complex Needs Teacher

A specialist secondary SEN school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN / Complex Needs Teacher to join their team. You will be teaching small classes of KS3–KS4 pupils with complex needs, including Autism, communication difficulties, and associated learning needs.
As a SEN / Complex Needs Teacher, you will plan and deliver personalised, engaging lessons aligned with EHCP outcomes, supporting both academic progress and life skills development. You will work closely with support staff, therapists, and the SENCO to ensure pupils receive consistent and high-quality support.
