Integra Education are looking for Graduates to work in secondary schools across the area of Wigan and join our Integrad Scheme.
This is an excellent platform ahead of a career in Teaching, Learning Support, Educational/Clinical Psychology or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
· Working with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis that require additional learning support
· Work in partnership with teachers and educational specialists
· Foster a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
· Observe and record progress to inform personalised support plans
Role information
· Pay rates starting at £530 a week
· Full time Monday to Friday with general working hours being 8:30-3:30
· Positions available for the rest of the academic year and for September 2026 onwards
· Opportunity to earn a permanent contract after an initial temporary period
· Clear pathway into teaching or a related educational field
The Ideal Candidate
· Will hold a UK based degree
· Demonstrates a genuine passion for education and supporting young people
· Strong communication skills and ability to form positive relationships with students
· Has patience, resilience, and empathy
· Can confidently support small groups or individual pupils
