SEND Learning Support Assistant

: We are currently recruiting for a caring and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in schools across the Stechford area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students who require additional support, helping them to access learning and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
*
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
*
Support students with ASD, ADHD, and other learning needs
*
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
*
Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
Requirements:
*
Previous experience working with children with SEND (preferred)
*
A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills
*
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 TA) desirable
*
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
