Are you a Teaching Assistant with SEND experience? As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to students with complex needs, physical disabilities and other special needs. This role gives you an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young students and work closely with teachers to ensure students receive the necessary support to excel academically.

Responsibilities:

Offering support to students with their studies, including one-to-one. Support pupils with complex needs. Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and staff. Previous experience working as a teaching assistant, working within care or support roles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff. A caring and nurturing personality. A strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures. A valid child only DBS check.
