SEND Project Management Officer (PMO)\n\nLocation: Nottinghamshire (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office)\n Rate: £280 per day\n Contract: Interim / Contract\n\nOverview:\n We are seeking an experienced SEND Project Management Officer to support SEND improvement and transformation activity within a local authority setting. The role will support the delivery, coordination, and monitoring of key SEND programmes and projects, ensuring progress against agreed milestones and statutory requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSupport the planning, coordination, and delivery of SEND improvement projects\n\nMaintain project plans, action trackers, risks, and issues logs\n\nMonitor progress against milestones and support performance reporting\n\nPrepare reports and updates for senior leaders and governance boards\n\nCoordinate activity across SEND, education, health, and social care partners\n\nSupport assurance, documentation, and audit requirements\n\nEnsure projects align with SEND statutory duties and improvement plans\n\nEssential Requirements:\n\nProven experience in a PMO or project support role, ideally within SEND or local authority services\n\nStrong organisational, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills\n\nExperience supporting complex, multi-workstream programmes\n\nConfidence working in a fast-paced, high-profile improvement environment\n\nReferral scheme worth up to £250 when you recommend a colleague we successfully place.\n\nTo apply, email or\n\ncall Dane on (phone number removed).\n\nINDSCGDM
