The Role
We are seeking a qualified and passionate QTS SEND Primary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will:
Plan and deliver individualised and engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with SEND.
Develop inclusive classroom environments that support all learners.
Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic development.
Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Contribute to behaviour management and pastoral support for SEND pupils.

Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience teaching children with SEND in a primary setting.
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and adaptability.
Is committed to inclusion, equality, and promoting positive outcomes for all pupils.
Works effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
