Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent)

Supporting pupils with SEND in 1:1 or group settings

Delivering differentiated lessons (for teaching roles)

Implementing EHCPs, IEPs, and Behaviour Support Plans

Promoting emotional regulation and positive behaviour

*

Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and external professionals

*

Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

Experience working with children or young people with SEND
