Wakefield SEND Support staff- immediate start
Location: Wakefield & Surrounding areas
Pay: £90-£110 per day
Roles: SEND Teaching Assistants, SEMH Support workers, Behaviour Mentors
We are working closely with Specialists schools, PRU’s and alternative provisions across Wakefield who are urgently seeking Passionate, resilient support staff, to work with children and young people with:
Autism (ASC) Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs SEMH) ADHD Challenging behaviour The Role:
You will be supporting pupils either 1:1 Or in small groups, helping them regulate emotions, access learning and build confidence in the classroom.
Experience in any of the following is highly valued:
SEND schools or PRU’s Youth Work, Care, Mentoring or coaching Behaviour support roles Psychology, education or social care backgrounds. (No formal qualifications required, experience and the right attitude matters most.)
