Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant SEMH School (Full-Time, 5 Days per Week) Location: St Neots Agency: I C Talent I C Talent is recruiting for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to work full-time (Monday Friday) in a specialist SEMH school in St Neots. About the School: The school is a specialist Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) provision for pupils aged 11 16. All students have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and present with a range of SEND needs, including cognition and learning, communication and interaction, autism (where SEMH is the primary need), ADHD, and medical needs. The setting offers small classes and a structured, supportive environment focused on emotional regulation and personalised learning. The Role: Provide 1:1 and small group support Support students with SEMH and additional SEND needs Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff Requirements: Essential: Previous SEMH experience Experience supporting SEND students Strong behaviour management skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply and pay for one Competitive daily rates and potential for long-term opportunities available.
