Role Responsibilities - SEND Teacher
As a SEND Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEND Develop and implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress and attainment Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families Create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment Use positive behaviour management strategies to support learning Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional developmentThe Ideal Candidate

Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working as a SEND Teacher or in a special education / SEN setting Strong understanding of EHCPs, differentiated planning, and inclusive teaching strategies Excellent communication and classroom management skills Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) Right to work in the UKDesirable
