TeacherActive is delighted to be working with a large and growing special school that empowers and inspires their students every day. This school provides a high standard of education and focuses on students with SEND needs including: ASC, PMLD, Complex Needs, SLD, and Physical Difficulties and provides them with a daily structure and routine to ensure the best learning environment for their individual needs. The school is looking for a determined SEND Teacher with the potential of a permanent position. The successful SEND Teacher will be confident and adaptable in working across all Key stages helping them to meet their milestones and giving them 1 to 1 support. The applicant would also have to be well equipped to deal with challenging behaviours. The successful SEND Teacher will have the following: Experience working with kids with different SEND needs including: ASC, PMLD, Complex Needs, SLD, and Physical Difficulties A calm, patient, and caring personality A good understanding of child and adult protection and safeguarding guidelines Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basis Excellent classroom management In return for the above you can expect to receive: A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy onboarding process Guaranteed Payment Scheme *Terms and Conditions...
