Your Responsibilities Will Include: Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils in Reception and Year 1 with Autism

Supporting learning both within the classroom and through targeted interventions outside the classroom

Assisting with pupils' emotional regulation , wellbeing , and behaviour management

Working collaboratively with the class teacher and SENDCo to implement individualised learning plans
