SEND Teaching Assistant Walsall (well-connected via public transport, with a short walk required for non-drivers) £115-£120 per day Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time, long-term temp-to-perm (Full Academic Year)

About the Role Working closely with class teachers, the SENCo, and a range of professionals, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): * Supporting pupils in both classroom and alternative learning settings * Assisting with the delivery of engaging, structured lessons * Setting clear and tailored expectations for individual pupils * Applying positive reinforcement techniques to support learning and behaviour * Observing and reporting on progress and/or behaviour to teachers and parents * Supporting pupils outside the classroom to help them regulate before returning to lessons * Promoting resilience, self-regulation, and positive social interaction
