A forward-thinking and inclusive primary school in Ealing is seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team after the Easter break. This is a full-time opportunity within a school known for its strong leadership, innovative approach and excellent staff support.
The school has a strong focus on technology in the classroom, with pupils regularly using iPads and digital resources to enhance learning and engagement.
The Role:
Supporting pupils with special educational needs, primarily Autism (ASD)
Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning, communication and behaviour
Assisting in delivering engaging, tailored learning activities
Supporting pupils to access lessons using technology and visual aids
Promoting a structured, calm and positive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children with Autism (ASD) - essential
Confident, patient and adaptable approach
Strong understanding of SEN support strategies
Comfortable using or open to using technology in the classroom (e.g. iPads)
A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
