Key Responsibilities: Support primary-aged pupils with SEND on a 1:1 or small group basis, catering to individual needs.

Work with children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and communication challenges.

Assist teachers and the SENDCo with creating and implementing personalised learning plans, behaviour strategies, and targeted interventions.

Use creative, sensory, and play-based activities to help pupils engage with learning.

Foster positive behaviour, emotional regulation, self-confidence, and independence.
