About the Role: You will be working closely with a bright and engaging child who requires support with emotional regulation, routine, and focused learning. Your role will involve implementing consistent strategies to support the child's individual needs and helping them to fully access the curriculum and develop positive relationships in school. Working alongside the class teacher, SENCO, and wider staff team, you will help to create a safe and supportive environment where the child can feel confident and succeed.
