We are seeking a dedicated and resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school environment, working across both primary and secondary phases. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to help shape the educational journey of students who need tailored support to thrive. About the Role: As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of emotional and behavioural needs. Youll work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external professionals to create a nurturing and structured learning environment. Your role will involve building strong relationships, promoting positive behaviour, and helping students access the curriculum in a way that suits their individual needs.
