Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special needs including Autism, ADHD, Severe learning difficulties Help create a calm, structured, and nurturing learning environment Use creative strategies to engage, motivate, and support emotional regulation Celebrate progress-big and small-and encourage independence Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and families to ensure the best outcomes Benefits of the role? All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
