The Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will:
Support individual and small groups of pupils with SEND, both in the classroom and during targeted interventions.
Assist in delivering personalised learning activities to meet the needs of each child.
Help manage behaviour, social, and emotional development in line with school policies.
Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to learning.

Person Specification
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children with SEND.
Demonstrates patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Can work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Is committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for all pupils.
Holds relevant qualifications or experience in education or childcare (Level 2/3 or equivalent desirable).
