Smile Education are proud to be recruiting for a number of Teaching Assistants across the Wolverhampton area to support two schools within The Endeavour Multi Academy Trust.
These schools provide specialist support for students with a wide range of SEND needs, including severe, complex and profound needs, autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a rewarding and supportive environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting students with a range of complex SEND needs Assisting in delivering lessons and activities in line with the class teacher Working independently and as part of a team Supporting with personal care where required Promoting positive behaviour and managing challenging situations Attending training, meetings and liaising with external professionals Fully immersing yourself in school life and contributing to a positive learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will Have: A passion and determination to support students with SEND Recent experience working with children with similar needs Confidence working independently and proactively A positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships A minimum Level 2 qualification in a relevant field Paediatric First Aid (desirable but not essential)Requirements: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through Smile Education Ability to attend training and meetings as requiredWhy Join Smile Education?
