SEND Teaching Assistants required across East London Primary Schools!

Locations: Barking and Dagenham, Hackney, Havering, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest

Salary: £100 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Flexible – Full-Time and Daily Supply Available

We’re recruiting reliable, enthusiastic and caring SEND Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated pool of staff – ready for short and long-term roles.

Role Overview:

We are working with a number of Primary Schools across East London are looking to expand their team of SEND Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants who can:

* Support children with a range of additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language, learning difficulties)

* Provide 1:1 and small-group support in and outside the classroom

* Help create a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment

* Encourage children’s independence, emotional well-being and progress

* Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers and parents

Ideal Candidate

We’d love to hear from you in you are:

* A recent graduate (within the last 2 years) - especially Psychology, Education, Early Childhood Studies or related fields

* Experience of working with children (nursery, youth work, tutoring, schools, clubs etc.)

* Reliable, flexible and passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs

* Keen to develop your career in education – with potential to progress into Teaching, SEN Support roles, Educational Psychology, and more.
