Spencer Clarke Group is working closely with several welcoming and inclusive secondary schools across Skelmersdale who are seeking Unqualified SEND Teaching Assistants to support students with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience supporting young people - whether in education, youth work, care, coaching, or similar environments - who are looking to gain hands-on classroom experience within SEND and progress their career in education. Formal qualifications are not required, though relevant experience or training is welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with ADHD and ASC. Support pupils with focus, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning. Work under the guidance of teachers and SEN staff to implement support strategies and individual plans. Assist in creating a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
