Help Young People with SEN Thrive in the Workplace This is a truly unique opportunity to support young people with learning disabilities and autism as they transition from education into the world of work. You’ll be working with employers who are fully committed to making this journey a success — providing real opportunities for learners who may have struggled in mainstream education but are ready to thrive in a different environment.This charity’s approach blends job coaching with tailored classroom learning, creating a meaningful pathway for 16–24-year-olds with SEN support needs to build confidence, gain qualifications, and succeed in work. What to Expect You’ll receive excellent support from day one. For the first 1-2 months, you’ll shadow and support an experienced tutor on site. You’ll then start with your own cohort of learners in September. Location : 4 days a week on site in  Perry Bar , with a dedicated 1 x day working from their brand new head office in  Birmingham  for planning and admin.
