Location: Redbridge-based Secondary School Start date: April 2026 - or sooner Salary: M1-L20 + SEND TLR A Redbridge-based secondary school is seeking to appoint an experienced and passionate SENCo to lead and develop outstanding SEND provision across the campus. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated, qualified SENCo to work alongside an experienced leadership team to ensure that every learner receives the support, guidance, and teaching they need to thrive. Key responsibilities: * Oversee the identification, support and progress of students with SEND. * Lead the strategic development of inclusive teaching and learning. * Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement personalised strategies. * Coordinate targeted interventions and multi-agency support. * Ensure statutory responsibilities and EHC Plan processes are fully met. About you: You’ll hold Qualified Teacher Status and the National Award for SEN Coordination, with proven experience of leading SEND in a secondary context. You’ll have a deep understanding of inclusion, safeguarding, and the SEND Code of Practice, as well as strong communication and leadership skills.
