SEND/SEMH Teaching Assistant - Flexible Primary Roles

**The Role May Include:**
* Supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD, ASD, and other learning difficulties
* Delivering 1:1 or small-group interventions
* Assisting pupils with emotional regulation and social skills
* Supporting access to the curriculum and ensuring engagement
* Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to implement support plans
* Monitoring and recording progress, behaviours, and achievements

**Requirements:**
* Recent experience working with SEND or SEMH pupils (school-based preferred)
* Calm, empathetic, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to support across different year groups
* Passion for inclusion, child development, and safeguarding
