Earnings are driven by a generous, uncapped commission structure.Requirements:3-5 years of successful permanent recruitment experience in technical, engineering, manufacturing, or related fields.Passion for sales, business development, and recruitment.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to generate leads, manage recruitment cycles, and deliver fee generation.Responsibilities:Client Side:Source vacancies via internet, social media, conferences, and networkingNegotiate terms and generate revenueApproach existing and new clients to secure opportunitiesCreate job adverts and attract candidatesBuild and maintain client relationships and attend meetingsCandidate/Resourcing Side:Source and select candidates through various channelsHunt and approach candidates directlyInterview and profile candidates, book interviews, and negotiate offersThis is a full-time, permanent role with flexible working options.
