A globally recognised PR & integrated comms agency is looking for an Account Director / Senior

Account Director to lead bold, culture-shaping work across high-profile global brands, including one of the world’s most influential FMCG portfolios.


This role is for someone who believes the best ideas earn attention rather than buy it. Someone who knows how to turn brand storytelling into moments people genuinely talk about — campaigns that travel across media, social and influence, and earn a real place in culture.


Working within a fast-moving consumer team, the Account Director / Senior Account Director will help shape integrated campaigns that cut through the noise.


From headline-making activations to creator collaborations and social-first storytelling, the work goes beyond traditional PR to deliver ideas designed to spark conversation and drive impact.


What They’ll Do

  • The Account Director / Senior Account Director will act as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, leading day-to-day relationships while shaping ambitious, earned-first communications strategies.
  • They will collaborate with creative, social and influence specialists to develop ideas that resonate with modern audiences and travel naturally across platforms.
  • They will lead and mentor a talented team, creating an environment where ambitious thinking, collaboration and open feedback thrive.
  • They will oversee campaign delivery from concept to execution — ensuring work meets the highest creative standards while delivering measurable results.
  • They will also identify new cultural opportunities for brands to show up in meaningful ways, helping clients participate in conversations that matter.
