We’re working with a fast-growing, award-winning sports team that is redefining how sport connects with culture, fans and global audiences. With ambitious growth plans and an appetite for bold, standout work, they are looking for a Senior Account Director to lead from the front.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to shape globally recognised campaigns at the heart of sport.


The Role

You will be the senior lead across major campaigns, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders while driving best-in-class execution across PR and integrated activity.


PR is the absolute must-have skillset for this role. While you will have worked across big integrated campaigns, your core strength and reputation must be in media relations and earned-first thinking.


What You’ll Bring

  • A proven track record delivering big global campaign work for high-profile brands or organisations
  • Deep expertise in media relations, with strong national and international press contacts
  • Experience leading large-scale integrated campaigns, with PR at the core
  • The ability to provide senior-level counsel and confidently challenge stakeholders when required
  • Strong knowledge of the sports industry and media landscape
  • Experience overseeing shoots, events, launches and high-profile moments
  • Commercial acumen, including budget management and campaign forecasting
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience managing and inspiring high-performing teams


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative, earned-first media strategies
  • Oversee all media communications, ensuring messaging lands effectively across traditional, digital and creator ecosystems
  • Act as senior client lead and trusted advisor
  • Drive campaign planning, reporting and performance evaluation
  • Manage budgets, suppliers and talent contracts
  • Lead brainstorms and shape creative responses to briefs
  • Support new business growth and expansion opportunities
  • Champion a culture of high standards, collaboration and ambition
