We’re looking for a Senior Account Director to lead our key client accounts and help scale the next chapter of StudioB. This isn’t traditional agency account management. This is about helping brands win attention in the creator economy. The Opportunity You’ll sit at the centre of the agency, connecting clients, strategy, creative and production to turn ambitious ideas into work that actually gets made. You’ll lead senior client relationships, drive commercial growth, and ensure campaigns move seamlessly from brief → strategy → screen → performance. You’ll help brands transition from traditional marketing thinking to platform-native storytelling. And you’ll play a pivotal role in StudioB’s agency growth. Core Responsibilities Lead Client Partnerships Build trusted relationships with senior marketers and become a strategic partner to our clients. Drive Campaign Delivery Oversee the delivery of campaigns and content from brief through to execution, measurement and analysis. Champion Great Work Protect bold ideas while making sure they land in culture, on platform, and within budget. Unlock Growth Spot opportunities to expand client relationships through new campaigns, content systems, and partnerships. Connect the Dots Work closely with strategists, creatives, and producers to keep projects moving fast and focused. Team Leadership Lead and develop the account team across multiple projects, setting high standards for organisation, communication, and delivery. Commercial Responsibility Own the commercial health of key accounts, ensuring projects are delivered profitably while identifying opportunities to grow revenue through new campaigns, expanded scopes, and long-term partnerships. You’re comfortable operating in a fast-moving studio environment, where great ideas move quickly from concept to screen. Experience
7+ years of experience in account management within a creative, social, or integrated agency Strong experience delivering social-first campaigns and content production projects Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and lead complex projects Experience working closely with creative and production teams Strong commercial understanding of scopes, budgets, and client profitability
