As a Senior Client Lead, you'll be at the heart of client services, driving strategic conversations, nurturing long-term partnerships, and unlocking growth opportunities across a portfolio of blue-chip clients. You'll collaborate with senior consultants, project managers, and creative teams to deliver award-winning results and exceptional client experiences.
You will lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders, build strong partnerships, and drive client satisfaction, growth, and retention through measurable business value. You'll identify upsell opportunities, translate complex client needs into actionable creative solutions, and ensure clarity and high-quality execution across delivery teams. Mentoring junior team members and shaping the agency's offer and reputation will also be key parts of your role.

We're looking for proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Client Services Lead within a creative agency, communications consultancy, or marketing firm. Knowledge of internal communications, employee engagement, and change management in large organisations is essential. You'll need exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and experience managing project budgets. A creative thinker with a keen eye for visual storytelling and design best practices, you'll also bring excellent relationship-building, facilitation, and presentation skills.
