Senior Account Executive

1 Days Old

Company Description Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness is a full-service creative agency operating in the health and wellness space. Our purpose is to unleash the ‘Wellness Effect’ in every person through meaningful personalised experiences, because we achieve greater outcomes when we are fully engaged in our wellness. We believe when our people do well, our work does well, our clients do well, and our patients do well, inspiring even more wellness in the world. We sum it up in two small words… Do Well. That’s the what, but the how is guided by four defining principles – curious, creative, discerning, brave. These are the values we look for and nurture in others and ourselves, underpinning a culture of collaborative entrepreneurialism that drives high-performance. Overview Saatchi Wellness is looking for a Senior Account Executive. The Senior Account Executive role will be similar to the Account Executive role but will take on more responsibilities associated with the Account Manager role. Having worked in an agency, this role will focus on projects in more detail whilst proactively completing day‑to‑day tasks autonomously. The role requires the confidence to run smaller projects autonomously with limited input from the senior team and a scope to mentor more junior employees. Responsibilities Clients are our business — and as a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in bringing brilliant healthcare communications to life. You’ll support the day‑to‑day running of accounts, contribute to the creative process, and help ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time and to a high standard. It’s a hands‑on role with real responsibility, perfect for someone ready to step up, learn fast and make an impact. What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting account teams across multiple healthcare projects Contributing to tactical brand planning and executing client deliverables to a high standard Becoming the go‑to person for account status, timelines and key details Managing smaller projects independently and owning assigned tasks on larger programmes Tracking time, scope and budget, escalating risks and managing change requests Supporting financial processes including POs, burn reports, invoicing and timesheets Building strong relationships with clients, internal teams and third‑party partners Acting as a gatekeeper for agency processes and approvals Communicating clear, timely project updates and participating in client meetings
Qualifications
Experience within healthcare advertising A proactive problem solver with strong initiative Ability to adapt your working style depending on audience and situations A sharp eye for continuous improvement and smarter ways of working Strong drive, commitment and a genuine can‑do attitude High learning agility and a real hunger for knowledge Enthusiasm for your contribution and pride in delivering great work.
You’ll work alongside passionate, supportive people on meaningful healthcare brands — in a fast‑paced environment where curiosity, collaboration and thinking differently are actively encouraged. If you’re ready to grow your career in healthcare advertising and want a role where you’ll learn, contribute and be trusted — we’d love to hear from you. Additional Information Please note: our teams work 4 days a week from our office, and 1 from home.
