Job Summary
We are looking for A‑team players who want to partner with our clients in a career‑defining opportunity to deliver industry‑leading marketing and communications work that will create medical history. We act as strategic advisors, bringing an agile, creative approach and a passion for innovative science that helps bring new classes of medicines to market.
Responsibilities
Understand the client/brand strategic vision and contribute to strategic conversations.
Lead planning and preparation for client meetings, allocate roles and tasks, and present or lead sessions as appropriate.
Take and interpret briefs, identify information gaps, and plan how to fill them.
Support day‑to‑day client contact in executing requests and delivering planned activities and materials while managing expectations.
Identify and anticipate client requests/issues/needs and plan accordingly.
Ensure accuracy of all materials at all stages of development.
Build trust with clients, becoming their go‑to person.
Demonstrate current market knowledge and its impact on clients/brands.
Establish strong internal relationships to execute your role seamlessly.
Display excellent interpersonal skills and coach junior team members.
Develop draft scopes of work, supplier contracts, presentations, creative briefs, and other communications.
Gather, understand, and address client feedback across deliverables with cross‑functional teams.
Document account status weekly and share with internal teams and clients.
Run client calls or meetings independently as required.
Manage account finances and resourcing; track budgets, raise invoices and POs, and allocate staffing.

Good understanding of brand promotion and experience in producing campaigns.
Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint.
BA or equivalent work experience required.
