Role Overview:

Team: Business Development

Package: Pension, Unlimited leave, Flexible working

Location: London based or hybrid – 1 to 2 days in the office a week

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience, plus significant bonus potential

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong, long-term relationships. You will take ownership of onboarding new clients and working at scale to support their growth with Corndel through consultative, data-led engagement and driving yourself towards an ambitious quarterly and annual personal target. Whilst working to strategically align employer partner business objectives to the impact of Corndel training and skills programmes.

Reporting to the Account Director, you will work closely with internal teams to execute onboarding strategies and help business to maximise the value of the levy tax. You will work closely to identify senior key decision makers to develop strategic account plans and implement tailored engagement schedules to boost enrolment and programme success for maximum organisational impact.
