The agency partners with a mix of retail, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG brands, delivering creative integrated campaigns that span brand, design, events and retail rollouts. About the role…

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a senior client partner, leading relationships and overseeing the delivery of integrated campaigns and all client media rollouts from brief through to execution. You’ll take ownership of key accounts, ensuring seamless delivery across retail, brand and marketing channels, from initial brief to final activation.



What you’ll be doing day to day…

• Leading and developing senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner

• Managing the delivery of all client media rollouts across retail, brand and marketing

• Overseeing integrated campaigns from brief through to execution

• Ensuring work is delivered on brief, on time and on budget, with a strong commercial focus

• Working closely with internal teams to deliver high quality creative output

• Supporting wider agency initiatives including pitch work and strategic planning


About you…

This role would suit a Senior Account Manager who thrives in an agency environment, enjoys working on integrated campaigns, and is confident leading both clients and internal teams across multiple channels.

• Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within a creative agency

• Confident managing multiple accounts, projects and stakeholders

• Commercially minded, with a track record of growing client relationships

• Experience leading junior team members to deliver campaigns on time and to budget

• A clear, confident communicator who builds long term partnerships
