We are working with a well-established fashion supplier based in London who are looking for an experienced Senior Womenswear Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly, collaborative environment from their lovely offices based in London supporting key retail partners while helping to drive new business. You will be responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts while also identifying and on boarding new business opportunities. The role covers a broad womenswear product area including softs, jersey, and soft tailoring, working closely with internal teams and international manufacturing partners to deliver successful collections.Main responsibilities will include:Take ownership of major womenswear accounts, developing strategies to exceed sales targetsBuild and maintain strong, commercially successful relationships with retail buyersNegotiate contracts and lead seasonal range presentations with confidence and expertiseIdentify and win new business opportunities to grow market shareDeliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior leadershipPerson Specification :Proven track record of working in a similar role for a supplier within womenswearBackground in Buying is advantageous but not essentialExperienced in managing large-volume, high street or supermarket accountsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and spot growth opportunitiesExcellent communicator and negotiator, able to build long-term partnershipsConfident, proactive, and comfortable working with autonomyJBRP1_UKTJ
