  • Work Model: This is an office-based role requiring 4 days per week collaboration at the client's central office in the Northamptonshire area.

What You’ll Bring:

We require a commercially aware and highly organised professional:

  • 5+ Years of Agency Excellence: Significant experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within the events, comms, or brand experience sector.
  • Automotive Sector Knowledge: Solid understanding and proven experience working with automotive clients is highly desirable.
  • Integrated Delivery Skills: Strong capability in managing both Public Relations activities and comprehensive events services (logistics, production, budget management).
  • Commercial Awareness: Proven ability to manage project profitability, budget tracking, and contribute effectively to new business pitches.
  • Core Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the professionalism to manage client expectations calmly and effectively.

What You’ll Do:

You will be responsible for the profitable and high-quality management of projects and client relationships:

  • Project Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of complex events and communications projects, ensuring execution is on time, on budget, and to exceptional standards.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day client communication, building strong, trustworthy relationships.
  • Brief Interpretation: Translate client objectives and high-level strategy into actionable project plans and delivery briefs.
  • Financial Management: Rigorously manage project budgets, tracking costs and ensuring margin targets are met and reported accurately.
  • Reporting & Insight: Lead project performance evaluation and contribute detailed insights for strategic client reviews.
