This opportunity gives you leadership responsibility, working closely with senior stakeholders including the UK Financial Controller and CFO. Youll support the firms most strategic worldwide office (London) and managing reporting, planning, and performance insight all while developing your own expertise in a high-performing and supportive environment. Benefits £45k - £55k salary 25 days leave + stats Hybrid working (3 office days, and 2 days from home) What youll do Lead and manage the management accounting and reporting function for our UK & Ireland operations Own and continuously improve processes, controls, and systems in line with best practice Support key finance activities including forecasting, budgeting, and audit prep Provide valuable financial insight and clear reporting to senior business and finance leaders Partner with business managers and budget holders, building relationships and adding value Contribute to wider business improvement and transformation projects within finance What youll bring Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Between 1 and 5 years PQE, ideally in a management or financial accounting role Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and attention to detail Experience working with complex finance systems (multicurrency exposure a plus) Ability to manage deadlines, multitask effectively and deliver under pressure Apply below or get in touch with Marc at Artemis Human Capital for full details.
