The Role: Managing a varied portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns Leading on client communication and advisory support Supporting and reviewing work from junior team members Helping to identify process improvements and add value to client relationships What They’re Looking For: ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist (QBE also considered with strong experience) Solid experience in general practice within a small to mid-sized firm Able to manage accounts workflows and communicate directly with clients Strong technical knowledge and cloud accounting experience Comfortable mentoring or overseeing junior staff Salary & Benefits: Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience Hybrid working available post-probation 25 days holiday + bank holidays Free on-site parking<...
