We are looking for an experienced accountant who has experience of working in a UK practice and management of a client portfolio.

This a varied and interesting role for the right candidate with a broad cross-section of work.

Role responsibilities

Preparation and finalisation of year-end accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
\nCalculating income tax and corporation tax liabilities while advising clients appropriately.
\nPreparation and filing of corporation tax and personal tax returns.
\nPreparation and submission of VAT returns.
\nAll round Book-keeping and Accounting duties
\nGiving general advice to clients.

Personal Requirements

ACCA/ACA Qualified, Finalist or approaching final stages
\nExperience in UK practice is essential.
\nStrong understanding of financial statements.
\nTax experience desirable.
\nProficiency in accounting and tax soft software e.g. Sage, Xero, Iris.
\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients.
