We are currently seeking a Senior Administration Specialist to join us on a staff basis in London. This is a key role that will be responsible for providing advanced administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the business. The role requires independent handling of complex administrative tasks, coordination across departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative activities across departments.
- Prepare, review, and maintain records, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standards in administrative practices.
- Oversee procurement of supplies, office equipment, and service providers.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and facility management.
- Identify opportunities to enhance administrative efficiency.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership when required.
Who we're seeking:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ professional experience in administration, office management, or business support roles.
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes, compliance, and documentation practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
