Working from our office based in Taunton TA2 6BJ, you must be enthusiastic with a willingness to learn new skills. Full training will be provided.The successful candidate will be providing support for the efficient running of the branch administration, which includes Engineering Service Control, Invoicing and other general administration duties and promoting a high-level of customer care in order that the service provided meets the customers expectations.The successful Administrator will be:Self-confidentOrganised and articulateIT literateExcellent attention to detailConfident on the telephoneMain duties:Using Company data-base to create PDA job sheets with accurate information for engineers; ensuring PDA job sheets are checked daily: processed for return visits, information passed to sales, invoiced and cleared as completed.Process contracts, creation of Job Packs containing specifications, records, log books and all other related documentation to the engineering team.Liaise with customers on all aspects of their contract.Ensuring that on receipt of information from sales personnel, quotations are made available for delivery within 3 working days maximum.Apply for police response with County police forces; be able to resolve queries and police response problems to the satisfaction of the customer.Liaise with customers where necessary, to agree acceptable start dates for all/any pre booked visits.Ensure that all engineers have works booked in advance to fulfil their working dayRegular periodic reviews of open job sheets and orders not invoiced report ensuring that invoices are raised in a timely manner. Raising invoices and credit notes, where required and as directed.Fulfilling company procedures for Resale & Retention of contracts. Processing contract closures and transfers.Carry out general office duties as necessary - filing, scanning and outgoing mail.Maintain a full awareness of changes or upgrades to Company computer programmes attending training courses as required.Support other Branch colleagues to achieve a branch team effort.Equal OpportunitiesAbel Alarm are an equal opportunities employer.
