Overview Service Care Solutions is collaborating with a local authority in Manchester and is seeking a Senior Adult Social Care Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. Salary PAYE (Inc. Hol) – £53.28 to £57.68 per hour. Umbrella – £60 to £65 per hour. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive legal guidance on adult social care issues. Draft and review legal documents relevant to social care cases. Advise clients on legal rights and obligations. Support clients through complex care legal procedures. Keep up to date with legislative changes affecting adult social care. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
Qualifications
Qualified solicitor with experience in adult social care law. Strong understanding of the legal landscape relating to social care settings. Excellent communication and advisory skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with contract assignments preferred.
