I’m currently working on an exciting Senior Agency Sales Manager role with a leading AI powered AdTech platform – delivering high-performance digital campaigns across display, video, mobile, CTV, and audio.


Responsible for building and growing strategic relationships with independent media agencies and driving revenue across this defined patch. You will position a privacy-first, intent-driven solutions as a go-to partner for agencies navigating the evolving digital landscape.

This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role suited to someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and understands the independent agency ecosystem.


The Role

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting independent agencies
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with agency planners, buyers, and senior leadership
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into revenue
  • Educate agencies on identity-free, intent-driven targeting solutions
  • Lead RFP responses, pitch presentations, and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal activation, data, and client services teams to ensure campaign success
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions


Who we are looking for

  • Digital media agency sales experience (programmatic, ad tech, or data solutions preferred)
  • Must have strong relationships within the UK independent agency market
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and the evolving privacy landscape
  • Confident presenter with excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
