Job Title Senior Agile Delivery Manager Compensation Pay range £57,946 – £75,748; pension contributions 28.97%. Location & Working Model Hybrid – remote and face‑to‑face in a digital hub in Blackpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield. Overview Senior Agile Delivery Manager responsible for leading digital teams that design and deliver cutting‑edge data products and platforms within the Department for Work and Pensions. Responsibilities
Create psychologically safe spaces where teams can perform at their best. Enable expert digital teams to build, innovate and deliver across the organisation. Identify and resolve blockers quickly to keep projects on track. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading Agile delivery and managing stakeholder relationships. Strong background in data product or platform delivery in an Agile environment. Experience fostering psychological safety and continuous improvement. Proactive learning attitude for personal and team development.
