Senior Analyst - Data & Logistics

West London (3 days/week) | £65,000 - £85,000 (DOE) | Tech-Driven Logistics Platform A high-growth logistics-tech scaleup is looking for a Senior Analyst to sit at the heart of its Data Science team, owning core analytics across routing, pricing, and operational performance. With over 8 million customers across Europe, the business is on a mission to reshape transport through real-time optimisation, high-density matching, and data-led decisioning. You'll be the first dedicated Analyst in a growing data science team (currently 4 DS), working closely with Product, Pricing, and Supply to solve high-impact logistics problems at scale.

What You'll Be Doing

Own KPI tracking and dashboarding across customer and provider journeys

Analyse routing efficiency, van utilisation, and pricing performance

Identify cost and operational improvement opportunities across the platform

Work with structured and unstructured datasets (often messy, legacy, or large)

Feed into the development of optimisation algorithms and pricing strategy

Build tooling to support decision-making across commercial and ops teams
