We’re hiring: M&A Senior Analyst / Associate – Infrastructure Team

Our client is a leading global mid-market investment bank with a strong track record of successfully delivering M&A transactions for our clients. Our dedicated Infrastructure team is made up of highly experienced senior professionals, working on some of the most exciting deals in the sector.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Senior Analyst or Junior Associate to join the Infrastructure team in London. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of Corporate Finance / M&A experience – ideally with exposure to the Infrastructure, Utilities, or Energy sectors.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing valuations, financial models and client materials
• Supporting client meetings, liaising with advisors, and responding to client requests
• Conducting sector and market analysis to identify investment opportunities
• Contributing to statistical analysis of fund performance
• Working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team

What we’re looking for

• 3–4 years’ M&A or Corporate Finance experience (Investment Banking or Big 4 Corporate Finance / M&A team – ideally Infrastructure focused)
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Proven deal execution experience (with a track record / deal sheet)
• Excellent client presentation and communication skills
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to perform under pressure
• A strong team player with flexibility and drive
