They are seeking a Senior Analyst to take a leading role in performance analysis and valuation across a flagship central London office led portfolio. This is a high-impact position responsible for the valuation and financial performance of assets representing over £7bn of AUM. You will work closely with Asset Management, Development and Investment teams to inform strategic decision-making, optimise returns and support capital allocation across both existing holdings and new opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the review and management of the external valuation process for allocated assets
  • Appraise leasing transactions and asset management initiatives
  • Support the investment team in underwriting potential acquisitions and disposals
  • Contribute to wider portfolio analytics and listed reporting requirements
  • Manage the annual forecasting process for designated assets
  • Partner with Asset Management to prioritise initiatives and maximise value
  • Liaise with and report to joint venture partners
  • Drive efficiency improvements across analytical processes and business systems


About You

  • Graduate degree (real estate, finance or related discipline preferred)
  • MRICS qualified with strong post-qualification experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Argus Enterprise
  • Strong Excel modelling skills


Experience & Skills

  • Significant valuation experience across multiple workspace formats, including traditional CAT A offices, fitted space and fully managed product
  • Deep understanding of valuation metrics and financial modelling concepts
  • Strong knowledge of the current office market, active investors and pricing dynamics
  • Commercially astute with the confidence to propose solutions to complex issues
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Capable stakeholder manager, comfortable engaging with internal teams and external partners
