We are looking for a Senior Analytics Manager in our Data, Analytics & Business Improvement team. Come and help us build a robust behavioural analytics platform for our portfolio of consumer facing LEGO websites and apps and play a critical part in our ambition to build direct and lasting relationships with millions of LEGO fans around the world!

No relocation support is offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

The Data, Analytics & Business Improvement team is an analytics and continuous improvement practice within the LEGO Group’s Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) function. Our focus is on establishing two-way, long lasting and meaningful relationships with our consumers and shoppers, and we believe that the ethical, transparent, and effective use of consumer data is key to this ambition.

For this role we are seeking a highly entrepreneurial analytics specialist who is comfortable working in a matrixed and cross-functional organisation. Being able to influence multiple teams and collaborators will be key, as will the ability to balance detailed hands-on analysis with generating unexpected insights and creating compelling narratives designed to inspire action in the business.
